Often, we get caught up in the trial and tribulations of the day, week or month. And then it becomes easy to lose sight of what really matters.

This review is focused on helping you pause for a few minutes to reflect deeply on:

  • the top promises that you have made to yourself, to others or to the world that you would like to keep;
  • the dreams you have that would like to fulfil;
  • the big changes you would like to make in your life, if you could;
  • the regrets that you don’t want to have on your death bed; and
  • the legacies you want to be most remembered for.

Phew! Heavy stuff.

 

But it only takes a few minutes to complete this exercise – and the results are always enlightening!
